Changed the battery in machine and now the machine will not boot up, any suggestions?

Thats for the bill validator , you need just a clear chip, No set chip, Purchase clear chip to match you coin denomination

There's nothing showing on the main LED panel.  Is there a bong sound when you turn it on?  (I'm guessing no).  Sounds like lower power supply issue to me.
