Summit coin LTD Draw Poker

Picked up this game this morning. When I first plugged it in the battery error popped up. After awhile it went away.  Is it a rechargeable battery? Should I replace it? If so where is it located? Next issue is I put a coin in it but it would not deal cards. After 5 coins it auto dealt cards. Hold buttons work but deal/draw button still does nothing. It does however light up. Anyone have schematic on these? Or know what wires I can jump together on the button to see if it’s just a bad switch? Thanks for any help. I know these are old oddball machines.

The fact that you have a Summit coin that boots is rare. I have worked on many of these and there is no documentation and no schematics.
However, the stuff you are describing sounds like contact points in switches or bad connections.
You will need to trace wires and use a multimeter to check continuity. If you flip the micro switch at the bottom of the coin mech does it consistently give credit? Im thinking the switch needs some cleaner. Same with the deal/draw button.

Those games are fun to play.
