I've been told this is a version of a 1090 machine that was converted in Europe.

The machine was pretty much dead when I got it.  I went through and cleaned all the connectors, eproms, and the hopper beau plugs and the machine gained life.  Here's where things are at this point:

--Hopper spins and spins.  I ran several quarters through it hoping it has a big payout and needed to pay out but there is no indication that any logic is present as far as the coins is dispensing.

--Pressing the reset button on the Hopper only stops the Hopper from spinning as long as the button is pressed.  There is a red led that lights on the mpu for the duration the button is pressed also

--The readout in the top right corner of the reel glass advances one number each time the machine is powered on.  It'll reset to zero when I spin the reels.

--Pressing the switch in the door hinge advances the meters on the Hopper one each time it's pressed

--I replaced the battery on the mpu but doubt it's needed at this point.

--I did take voltage readings on the 5v power supply in the bottom right corner of the machine but voltages read 14-19 volts so I don't think I did it correctly.  I put the black lead to ground on the cabinet then used the red lead on the 3 posts on the power supply that has wires connected.

--The 4 LEDs on the reel reader board doesn't seem to be indicated a error.  The far right led is about half bright with the other 3 are dimmer.

--The mech has been freed up and cycles as it should.

A bit more info. Through the help of a friendly member here on NLG I'm to understand the machine was converted by J&T Inc.  Above that there is little to no info on these machines. 

Just in case someone is "lucky" enough to come across one of these, the friendly member shared a YouTube video of someone who took a bakery case machine and got it mostly working.
