WMS Blade touch screen problems

I just picked up a bb3 Blade. I have a bb2 also so m pretty familiar with it. I can't seem to get the touch screen to calibrate. Ive clear chipped it Gone through the screen calibration menu, checked all the connections. I even tried the monitor settings. The calibration is still about 2 inches off. Any ideas anyone

You may have a damaged touchscreen glass.  Clearing has no effect on the calibration.  You should just be able to calibrate the touchscreen any time without needing to clear.  You could also try replacing the touchscreen controller inside the monitor, it is rare for the controller to be at fault, but I had one case with that.  Controllers are around $30, touchscreens are $100 and up depending on supply.

Further to rick's post... can you see a scratch (even faint) on the touchscreen?

I swapped out the panel. New panel works fine
