Bally 1090 converted to electronic board needed

Help!

I am looking at a machine that is sentimental to a guy that would like it working.  I know it's a long shot and problem written all over it but I said I would try.

I'm told that it was probably a 1090 Bally machine that was converted to electronic over in Europe, probably Sweden or Holland. 

I've checked the power supply, cleaned connectors, eproms etc.  The only life now is a hopper that non stop rotates.  I've tried clearing the machine and even ran several quarters through the machine hoping it was trying to payout but to no improvement so I'm thinking it could be a board problem. 

Would anyone have a board for this machine?  Only identifier is the be date of manufacturer(I believe) and '1000' is printed on the board.  No manufacturer that I see. 

I know this is a long shot but you never know if someone has this board tucked away on a rafter or in a box on the top shelf way in the back of the rack lol.  Let me know if you have anything.
