Games of Nevada - draw poker screen not working

Hello I have a igt draw poker slot machine model 703281 I'm looking for a wiring diagram for the game board or some troubleshooting help. The game lights up but nothing is displayed on the screen. When using the screen knob on the crt the screen does come to life showing that the screen does work. Also the speaker is not connected and I do not see where to connect it. But I believe the monitor isn't receiving a video signal from the game board. So any wiring diagram for the game board or help is appreciated. I've attached a photo of the game.

 The machine you have pictured is not an IGT.  It is actually a "Games of Nevada" GVP7 video poker.  With that said, documentation is pretty tough to find as they generally held that information within the company.

Thanks for the valuable information, I'll try that and see what happens.

I had one of those. There is very little information on them.
The first thing is to check and replace any caps that are out of spec and check the 5v power supply line to make sure it is clean. Re-seat any ICs that are in sockets.

Thanks for the information, I have visually inspected the board and didn't see any caps that looked like they leaked or were bulged any. But do you know which wire on the board is the 5v rail your wanting me to check?
