I am surprised i did not see this topic here in my search, has anyone replaced their fluorescent bulbs with modern led tubes? and if so did you use the internal ballast style or a led starter replacement

I'm in transition... I replaced the old fluorescent ballasts with electronic ballasts.
So much better to use and no more starters needed!
I've heard of some using these Kiesub LEDs, but they're not cheap...>>>

For what type of slot machine?  Some you can use LED tubes as a direct replacement that have +24VDC electronic ballasts like S2000's and I-games.  For older machines that used a ballast and starter I get a tube that runs directly off 120VAC, remove the ballast, starter, and rewire bulb holder.

I would get the +24VDC LED bulbs for them.  You remove the power plug from the electronic ballast and plug it in to the LED.  They come up for sale here from time to time.  Post a WTB in the classified section.
