I bought ruby slippers off ebay to add to my machine. I have done the clear card and loaded the game.After doing all the settings, it will load to this screen and not go an farther. I have done it twice and still the same thing. Top screen is the logo and the bottom screen has the smaller "staring" logo

What is wrong? I read about a fooler board, do I need one of those?

In the set up you have to disable the top box. Go to game set up, scroll all the way to the bottom. There you will see top box enable. Disable it and you will be good.

I have reloaded the game and made sureto disable top screen and it still shows these screens. Does anyone else have any ideas?

What OS version are you loading?

H13.34 has been the most reliable for all games for me.  There are only a few that require H13.37

But whatever version you are loading, I'd try a different version.  Just has to be equal or newer than what the game requires.
A quick check and it looks like H13.11 is the min required.  But newer versions are usually better as they have various bugfixes in them, etc.

So I tried an different os card 13.47

and i now get this screen. if I turn the jackpot key, it takes me to a blue screen where it says game will load with rebooting. I reboot and it brings me to the same screeen.

When loading a game on a BB2, you really don't use the jackpot key to set it up.   You should have the main door open, and make sure the door switch isn't jammed closed.

See the video below about the door switch being stuck.  I just leave the main door open when loading.  And ensure the door switch isn't pushed in and stuck that way.  When pushed in, it senses door closed.  In the middle position, door is open.  And you can simulate the door closed when it's not by pulling the switch out and it will hold that way until it's pushed in again.  After setup, I do that so the machine completes loading so if there are any errors, I can just push the door switch back in, so it thinks it's open again and press the diag button to make any corrections.

When the game loads, it will say Configuration Required.  With that top screen showing on Wizard of Oz, that means it's almost fully loaded.  If the door switch is closed, and you get Call Attendant, you won't see any helpful info unless you open the door and it thinks the door is open.  If at that screen, open the door if it isn't.  You should hear the loud beeping to indicate the door has been opened.  And sometimes you need to press the diagnostic button inside to see more info, you don't turn the jackpot key.

Not a good pic.  But it shows where the diagnostic button is.  Yellow pad with a white push button.  It can sometimes be on the right side of the machine as well as in the clearer second pic, but it's the same button.

What exactly did it say about the game loading after rebooting?  The only time I've seen that is if you set the wrong type of bill validator or ticket printer when setting up.  Then it will report a comms error and say Reboot Required.

Below is a full setup video of a BB2 from start to finish.  But when using a clear card, I never get a big graphic screen.  It just says in the log line entry to replace the clear card with the OS card when the clear is done.  Which is when you turn off and put in the OS and Game CF cards and power on after a clear.

yes, I leave the door open during loading(i have loaded other games on this machine)

it will do the Configuration with the wms logo and after it dones that it will come to the screen in the first image with the Ruby slippers logo on the top montier and just a small starting logo in the bottom moniter. I have left it on this screen for hours and it doesn't do anything. 

That is why this time with a different OS card i tryed the jackpot key and it when to the blue screen.

That's pretty strange.  If you have a good OS and Game CF image, I've never had it not load after using the clear card, then putting in the OS and Game CF, and booting.

What other games have you loaded to your machine without any problems?

If you're able to take a video of the screen when you put the OS and Game CF in and boot and post a link to the video on google drive or something, happy to review it.  There might be something that goes by on the screen as it boots that might give a hint as to why it's failing to complete loading.   

Never had a problem with Wizard of Oz using H13.34 myself.
