IGT game king multigame

So I have a new game king to me and just starting into slots.  I have a ticket printer but it appears it is disabled according to the pic attached.  I can't find a menu to enable it when the cash out button is pressed...any help or do I need to provide more info?

In the key chip menu (non WAP), go to peripheral devices and enable printer, and in validation use standard if you do not have a TITO.

When I go to key chips menu and select non wap it asks me if I want to apply wap keychip.  If applied does it make any changes at that point?

Ok I took a leap and applied the non wap key and restarted...now I'm into menu systems/options I understand how to navigate.  I went into validation and redemption setup and changed to sas standard validation.  Saved and it triggered a validation error tilt with a flashing blue light up top.  I can go back and change to no validation and the blue flashing light goes off.  Attached are the menus I have been playing with if it helps.

Found on input diag test when I press cash/credit button it does not register to a 1 on the cash out switch.  Does this mean button is not activated or mapped?

Ok used touch screen cash out and got this message...still wouldn't print voucher though.  Sorry for all the posts just trying to gather as much info as possible

Change your sas setting from 2 to 3.  Your cashout button may need cleaning or is not connected tight.  Not sure the printer firmware is for IGT?

Sas channel changed to 3 and got the hand pay required message again using touch screen cashout

The printer itself not IGT or just the firmware?  If just the firmware do you know where I can get the correct firmware?

Firmware. Without a TITO board it will just print a useless ticket anyway, machine will not accept it without a TITO board installed.

I found a printer test menu and was able to print a void demo ticket if this info changes anything 🫤

okay...since you know how to post a photo, can you show us a photo of your com box.
It's on the back wall of your cabinet.
I'm particularly interested in seeing if there's a COM plug connected into it or not.
I marked it with a green circle.
If you have a TITO board, it will be plugged in there for communication between the machine and the TITO board.

Also I found a wire not hooked up toe physical cashout button.  I hooked it up and it now functions the way the touchscreen cashout does...goes to hand pay required

From your photos, it appears that you do not have a TITO board in there.
 Your machine, as it is, will never accept tickets in a home environment.
I don't know if the TITO boards are still out n the market or not....the original builder passed away a couple of years ago.
Need to let others chime in.

Go check out the TITO forum topics in NLG...I'm sure you'll find something on them if anyone's selling the boards or not.
