Everi Empire Flex Monitor

Hello, thank you for taking time to read my post. I'm having issues with the light boards in the monitor of one of our Empire Flex's. This is the second time this has happened. Same machine but two different monitors. On the right hand side in the middle of the monitor and the top right corner the light board shorted out and badly burned the connection in the middle right hand side and completely scorched the top right corner of the light boards. My question is has anyone heard about this or experienced it themselves with the Empire Flex monitors?
