black connector internal pin numbers?

Does anyone know the part number for the black connectors pins?
Those tiny gold pins inside the connector.

Can you extract a pin?
Then measure it with a caliper?

I think you have Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 connector housings?
I'm guessing the female pins? I don't know...so hard to tell from that photo.
I've never seen those things.

I usually measure them with a micrometer and compare the manufacturers drawings to get the right ones.

Close but the ones in the black connector have 2 fingers that contact the male pin, most of the micro fit ones have a rectangular tip that encloses the male pin on all sides.

Yeah...the more I look at your picture, the more I think it's something else.
I have one of those 3-row connectors at work...but I'm not going in until Thursday.
Is that for the WBA's in S2000's?

Those connectors are manufactured by JAE. If you measure them with a caliper as Mark suggested, you can probably find the correct pins here:

Better late than never I suppose.  DigiKey has all the connectors and pins for the WBA-10/11 and WBA-12/13 units.

From the WBA manual the socket jack/plug and contacts for both are listed by part number.  You can search that part number directly on DigiKey, and you will find a very similar part number that get's you what you need.

Update:
Part numbers to search on DigiKey to get the correct pins/connectors:

WBA 10/11
Socket Jack: DR-12-2SC-F0R
Contact: DR-SC24-1-7000
Socket Plug: DR-12-2PC-F0
Contact: DR-PC24-1-7000
