Need Help With Goldfish 2

New here, so if this is in the wrong place, please let me know.

I have a Goldfish 2 slot machine, recently replaced a cooling fan on the mother board, fired up the machine and I got a NVRAM battery 2 low. I went and picked up some batteries and replaced them.

Now the machine is saying the following at startup:

nvram.ko: NVRAM may be corrupted.
ImgMgr: StopSys: ImgMgr: NV or HD initialization failure.

System Halted.

I saw on one of the topics here that it could be that I need to do a ram clear? I looked inside the machine and I don't see a ram clear card.

Could that be what the problem is?

Yes.

When you replaced the batteries the NVRAM gets corrupted.

You'll need a clear card.  Boot with just that in the OS CF slot, then put the game and game OS cards back in to load the game and setup the machine again.

But then it'll be fixed and you'll have it if you need it again in the future.

Can you tell me where I can get a ram clear card and how much they usually run?

Im not familiar with these games but there are two types of WMS clear cards on ebay. Looks like they go for around $55.
You might want to pist a few pics of your machine and post a WTB ad here on NLG. But you will need to designate what game you have.
