Bill acceptor out of service error

Hello everyone, I’m having a hard time getting the bill acceptor to communicate. I’m also having an issue with the cherry switch. It’s not recognizing that it’s open. All the harnesses are connected And reseated. The MEI is flashing green, which should be OK if anyone has any experience with this issue any help would be much appreciated. This is on a helix upright Thanks in advance.

The error message is “Bill acceptor out of service”
