Programing Software

Hello All, New Here.

Just purchased my first Reel Slot, 2004 Bally Flaming 7's  Model S63U3R6R0, the machine seems to have been previously modded as it came with a serial cable attached to the Progressive display computer. It has no coins supports bills only and the printer does work.

I have a few questions:

Can the machine be made to operate on coins? Assume it would need a Hopper and Coin Mechanism installed? is this even worth the expense or trouble?

Can the machine be converted from a single line game play to a multi line game play?

I have a windows computer with a Serial port, where could i acquire the software and Manual to start tinkering?

The serial cable is only used for programming the progressive controller, the software you need for that is PSP located in the NLG File system.
