 The batteries on the MPU & Backplane seem to be low or recently changed. You need to do a NVRAM clear. Post a picture of what BIOS and OS you're running on.

As for what cabinet you have? You have a Bally Alpha S9 Elite.

Thank you do you think i should replace the batterys before i clear on the machine.i will look to see the procedure on how to do that on the form .

I would replace the batteries if you’re unsure. Alpha CPUs tend to drain batteries a little quicker if the CPU is turned off for a long while. Backplane not as much but still worth replacing if you feel like you need to.

i did some reading about the nvran clear and they said you need a pic of the mpu so you can id the clear card i believe i need .im guessing that is what you want to idea the BIOS and OS you asked for i hope.because i have no idea what those are thanks

Since you’re running AVOS00000336-09 & AVBBP26SIMPU-07, you’ll need AVOCLEAR0335-01
