Hello,

The Bally alpha slot machine unfortunately came without a printer. Looks like I’m missing a cable. Can you help me figure out what cable I need and what printer would work? Thanks.

Sorry for posting the pictures sideways and upside down. Can’t figure out how to fix that.

Typically FutureLogic or Epic 950 will work as long as you have the correct firmware and the harness that goes with the printer model. Though you’ll need the assembly that lets you slide the printer in and out as that has been seemingly removed.

I found this printer on eBay: FutureLogic PSA/66 Slot Machine Ticket Printer, NETPLEX, IGT

And it looks to fit and has the front connector that goes to the front plate for the ticket light.

I am hoping the seller can program it to work.

Well I wouldn’t automatically assume or hope that a seller has all that programming software and such if I were you. It is better to find a good working FutureLogic Gen 2 Netplex/Universal with the correct firmware on it. To me the printer you will want to find will be look like this plus the harness.

Just when buying make sure it has Bally Alpha firmware! If you want easier results I would put a WTB ad in the Classified Ads section!

Hello,

I went and purchased a FutureLogic Gen 3 Evolution RS232 Thermal Ticket Printer and confirmed that it comes with the correct software for the Bally Alpha. https://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=38653.0
BALLY(Alpha) 3RUSABA03 Gen 3

When im going in and configuring the machine, the only options it provides for "Voucher Printer" is:

Seiko PSA-66T
Ithaca 750
Ithaca 850
Ithaca 950

I selected Seiko PSA-66T and it works thanks.

Can you recommend a TITO system that i can install?
