Road Rally IGT slot machine hopper motor failure

Hello,
I am going to let the moderators move my post to the appropriate column as I was unable to specify the machine model -- the serial tag is missing.

I am attempting to find a motor replacement attached to the hopper motor in IGT's "Road Rally" electronic slot machine.  Its brake is no longer functioning as it causes the hopper to lock up.  I have photos of the machine & motor including labels.  Also looking for options/repair.

Is the spring missing?
The spring pulls back the red hopper brake pawl when it's finished counting coins thru the hopper optics.
The spring joins from your red hopper brake pawl to a hole on the white plastic under the motor coil windings.
I can see the hole on the white plastic on top, but it's the hole on the bottom plastic your photo doesn't show.
