IGT AVP Trimline SMLD Stuck on Green Call Attendant Screen

I figured I would start another post since my last one was solved. Thanks for the information! I am currently stuck on a green, call attendant screen which I have attached to this post. I am trying to absorb information on these things as quickly as I can, and as far as I can tell this should go away when I key it. However when keyed, the only thing that happens is the screens go black and reset, but it goes right back to the same screen. When I try to key it again nothing happens, and I get no messages when opening the doors.

I tried pressing the white test button per sixcardmark's advice to no avail. The test button was working when I was getting a non recoverable red error (invalid SafeStorageHeapBlock). I did jostle the brain box a little bit and that is what led to the green attendant screen. Perhaps I went a little bit too hard and something came loose?

Speaking of the brainbox, I would like to remove it and take a look inside and make sure everything is seated, but I have not been able to figure out how to get it out yet and I would like to not damage anything. I am also curious if I have show boot chips, because I am not seeing any license dongles anywhere on the backboard.

Lastly, I know this likely means I am going to need some ekeys and do a ram clear, but I was hoping I could get by without them for the time being.

Figured out how to get the brainbox out and the batteries were all dead. Changed them out and now I can get past the green screen, but I am getting no games enabled and device offline.

I assume all of my games (if there are any, I don't see any license dongles) were disabled when I took the batteries out. Guess the expensive USB stick will have to be purchased.

Edit: I would prefer to buy the ekey 3, 4, and 5 set as they seem to be cheaper if they ever appear. I only have the one IGT machine, so it is painful to blow 400+ dollars when I got the machine so cheap. Anyone in Georgia want to rent me one?

But if you want to do anything with an AVP.  You absolutely need to have

1.  Ekey7  (it's worth having, and I doubt it will ever lose it's value.  So you can sell it in a pinch in the future if you don't need it anymore)
2.  Diag key
3.  USB Flash drive with the OS loader file
4.  USB Flash drive with the game loader files of games you want to load on the machine.

Once you have these "AVP Essentials".  You'll be able to manage everything on the machine, even load it after putting a blank SSD into it.

Yes, I gathered that I would need at least an eKey 7 or the 3,4,5 set and the Diag. key. Luckily I found someone in Georgia who is going to let me borrow some.

I am really hoping I don't need the OS loader and the game loader. There are no license dongles on the backplane like I said, so I am hoping I have show boot chips and can just reenable the games that are hopefully on the hard drive already.
