MK7 Can't start bonus ?

On my MK7 I got a bonus of free games and I can't start it. No mater what buttons I push the bonus will not start. I can't get into the audit menu either. I rebooted the machine and it came right back to the bonus page that asks you to push the start button. Going to try a fresh install of game software. Any ideas?

Good morning, I was just going to give an update. The game is Wicked Winnings 2. It is on my NS. I just put it on my WS and it works perfect. The play button is the start feature, but on the NS the play button doesn't respond. I'm going to try more games on the NS and see if I can get it to replicate the issue. Thanks.

Was this on a CF or CFAST card ported to CF?  It is WS game, not NS.

It's an original CF card. I think your right,a WS game. At least I have a NS and a WS.  Thanks for the help.

On the NS there are extra button connections on the harness.Some game use a different connection.
