IGT S2000 TITO install issues

I have a S2000 that works properly including printing a ticket. I installed a working Tito, keyed it followed proper setup procedures to program it and end up getting a coin out jam when I cash out. Tried it twice and same issue. I don’t understand how I go from ticket printing properly before following Tito instructions to a coin out jam?  Any suggestions would be appreciated. It’s a Bettor Tito

I realize it's been a while but I have just looked at installing a Bettor board I've have for a while and saw your thread. 

Were you able to get this resolved?  If not, did you check to make sure that the hopper limit was set to "0"?

It’s been awhile. I don’t recall if I checked hopper setting. I gave up and removed the Tito and went with the original setup.

Easy enough to check.  I believe it's under the operator menu (white button), 3.4.1 setting?
