This topic was split starting from the original WTB by member "dahondyboy77"

His original post was:
so after getting ripped off (my fault using friends and family trusting some dude named refael azi) im still desperately looking for game maker CF suite 7    and sorry but i will not be using friends and family unless ive dealt with you previously

From here on, the discussion is on the recent scamming and info that I need.

Ok... this is exactly why I asked. You have to report this stuff to me in case I don't catch it in a thread, which I randomly did today.
That E mail address IS an registered "unknown member" and I'm going to ban him right now.
What was the other e mail address that he gave to you?

Same exact scenario happened to me yesterday. Said he had a slot that I was looking for. Asked him for pictures and he never replied. No money lost on my end. I don't trust any new people, anywhere.

I banned that member from the group yesterday.
Again... for here or Facebook, make sure to REPORT the post. I don't moderate the Facebook page - only the real forum here, highly recommended over Facebook and the plethora of fake/spam/SCAM accounts there.

Ok then who was the other person doing this on FB? THAT person needs to be banned from the group there. Kevin admins there. I refuse to even look at that page. It's not at representative of the NLG website. FB is turning into a hodgepodge of scams and bullshit.

Just saw that I too had received an email from schorjoshua904@gmail.com yesterday pointing to the azi email (prior to being banned).  As it referenced my WTB classified post of ~three weeks ago they probably targeted anyone that posted in the last month or so?

Ugh....I'm afraid to say that left that website a few weeks ago.
I always had to refer people to here for documentation or for help anyways.
It got to the point where Facebook peeps would inbox/message me for help on their machines...like at 2, 3 in the morning!
Uh! We're sleeping here!  I gotta go work in the morning! :rotfl:
I'm like...C'mon!   :fryingpan:

If I turned my computer OFF, I would get a crapload of messages in the morning when I turned it on. 
Overwhelming, to say the least.  :hide3:
I didn't wanna bother Kevin about it...he's a busy fella.
Personally, I felt it was better I leave...for sanity...lol
