Bally S6000 Bonus Game wins go to hand pay

I have an Bally S6000 Diamonds and Devils with bonus games 3x feature. Any wins in the bonus games are going to hand pay instead of going to credits. During normal (non bonus games) wins, they go to credits.

 I’m sure this due to something in option settings however I’ve cleared numerous times and tried different settings and can’t get it to go to credits.

Any ideas what to try?

Hi, here are some of the option setting I have now:

Option 51 - 9995
Option 56 - 7995
Option 58 - 9995

In game play my total credits haven’t been higher than 300. Are there any other options I should check?
