i know theres a double down stud igt video poker game.....im wondering did igt ever make a let it ride video poker game...only place ive ever seen a video  version is on a bally gamemaker machine.....thanks

I'm not aware of Let It Ride ever existing on an IGT machine.

As you said, it was available for the Bally Game Maker, and I'm guessing they had an exclusive on the licensing for it.

A good number of the PE+ games can enable a Double Up option.
You play the game, on a win your are give the option to "double or nothing".
Its basically you draw a card. If the one drawn by the system is higher than the one you drew, you lose otherwise you double up your win.

Brian T posted a list of games and I believe he shows which ones have this option. Its not only Stud.....

Game King might have a game like your looking for but not PE+
