Multi Hand Poker BB3 Blade Error

So I think that I have another bad Ebay experience.  Someone had Multi Hand Poke for the BB3 Blade for sale.  I was travelling so I could research, and didn't think that there was ever a Poker game made for the BB3 Blade, but I thought maybe it's just rare.  So I bought it, and thought something was weird when it was loading Microsoft software instead of Linux.  It looks like most of the BB3 titles run in Linux.  So after some time loading I get a PID 1744 has terminated.   So right away I search the forums,  and find a post where someone had the exact same thing happen.  And it looks like the consensus is that there is no Multi hand Poker for the BB3.  So I copied the link and sent it to the seller, and their response was that they took it out of a working BB3 Blade.  Am I missing something?
