it happens every first of the month why ??

So yesterday I came into work and all my kp3/k2v konamis where down and blue screen with the error in the pic.
Now most of them only needs a restart. There is one even after the restart will hold the error. I've read here the (923) could mean a few things.
Well, I did go ahead and looked over the logic board and the back playing board as well I didn't see no burn spots on either board. I made sure everything was seated tightly put it all back powered it up and was still met with the blue error.
my coworker said that he had to only unplugged it from the power strip, so no juice was getting to it. I did that as well and was still hit with the 923 error.
I've rammed cleared them in the past and it would work fine. I tried yesterday and I was hit with the error still.

if anyone else has experience this event please tell me how you fixed it.... LIKE I CAN'T STRESS ITS ONLY ON THE FIRST OF EVERY MONTH THIS HAPPENS

Knowing very little about this platform...... is there a place to set the date and time ?
I am wondering if they perhaps have like Dec 1, 1999 built into them and 30 days goes by and it hits 2000 and blue screens.....
You clear, power cycle and your back in business for 30 days......rinse and repeat....

Could be that... I looked at date and time on it. It's current time is right. to be honest I haven't seen this problem till we did the switch player tracking over from ballys to our new one.
After that it started happening like clockwork.


P.S. I came in and the one that was out is back on idk how ill find out later what my coworker did.....

He should of wrote what he did, on the logbook inside the machine.

We have cards now to keep a log for them. I do see some of the older machines we got still have the paper log.

Or even leaving a note on what they did to fix it would be noo that's to much to ask...

Try changing the date to Feb 28 - and see if the problem is related to end of month or time on ?
