SAVP Slot Machine Newbie - Not Accepting Tickets

Hey there folks, I'm finally into my SAVP and now I'm trying to stop feeding it real cash.  It has a TITO @ Home board in there and does print tickets that my other machines can read..  But this one is not reading them.  I can get into the setup menu but it doesn't look like I can make any changes -- it wants elevated privileges. Any idea how I do that and enable the system verification? 

Were would one find all the USBs and stuff needed ot properly manage these machines?

this machine is very interesting. The tickets go in upside down... WHY.

It's because it's an upstacker. It's not really correct for machine but will read tickets upside down.

Interesting.  The bill validator and stuff in there is all arranged normally like my twinstar machine.   But at least it works.    I may have broken the calibration on the touch screen.  If anyone knows where one could locate one of those e keys id sure be grateful!

If the cashbox is located above the BV (instead of below it) it needs a BV made for an upstacker to be able to accept tickets right side up.

The cash box is below the bill validator.  The arrow faces up.
