Need info/assist

I recently acquired a machine that I need some help with.

It is a multigame in a stand-up cabinet.
The title screen says NCG Suite II and it's by Banilla Games.
It has 5 slot games and apparently it has a Keno game as well (not on screen to choose?).

I have the installation guide but can not find ANYTHING else for it.

Specifically, I can access the User menu but not the Admin menu.
From the install guide, I know the factory pin code for the User, but the factory pin code for the Admin has been changed.
I need to know how to reset the Admin pin OR factory reset the software so I can start from scratch.

Any and all information about a source similar to this site for my machine would also be greatly appreciated.

Try Default pin #8888 or call: 252-329-7977 Press 2 for service.

Yeah, they changed it from 8888.
I'll try that number though.

If you read the manual, the phone number I put up for you, is in there.

Look for a toggle switch, push it to the other way and hold it for 5 seconds.
That cuts OFF the battery holding the settings.
Go in a try default 8888 after you do this, to change the admin password.

Called and they are going to help me reset the pin.

It would awesome if you could show us and future members with how the company helped you reset the pin.
