Sigma Bin Empty error
« on: March 10, 2025, 08:29:21 pm »
I have a Mach 3 wheel Sigma Model W4213. We were playing it and hit the jackpot and it started spitting out quarters. Then it stopped and gives the bin empty code. I put a bunch of quarters in it and restarted the machine but get the same code. Is there a reset or something else I need to do to fix this.
Thank you for any help

Isn’t one of the keys a reset error? I don’t think those have a button inside to reset payout so you need to restart payout somehow….I vote for the front key.

Thank you very much. The reset was the top front location. I had to reset and reload the bin several times until payout was met. Everything works great now.

Sorry I didn’t say that. Yes, you have to fulfill the payout before the machine will allow you to proceed playing. That means resetting every time you have to fill the hopper.
I know its financially difficult but its a good idea to keep $50 to $100 of quarters in a machine to ensure it can pay out a modest win and allow the player to have quarters in the tray to play.

Congratulations on the big win and on learning how to reset. We will mark this topic as resolved.
