Axxis True 3D IGT Spielo machine/Monitor

Hello, I have an IGT Axxis True 3D machine that was working great and then I turned it off at night and on the following day to find the bottom monitor beeps 4 times then eventually requests on the top monitor sideways that I put in a diagnostic usb.  I did that and it then occasionally displays the selection touch areas on the top non-touch screen.  I have been trying to figure the problem out for 2 months now and I am hoping that a genuine great person/genius can help me fix the problem.

 

I have occasionally been able to get to the setup and after completing it the machine says loading and then doesn't complete resulting in the same error.

 

Please help me fix this.

Is there anyone on here that is familiar with these machines that is willing to discuss and help?  Is there a better place to post this?  Should there be a separate forum for these spielo machines?

Help us help you then....post some pictures of the error you're seeing on the LCD screen.
Maybe somebody will spot something.

What happens after you push/touch/select the "Accept" option?
Is that when you see the "Insert the Diagnostic USB" message?

Are you inserting a “diagnostic” usb and what error is the diagnostic usb telling you exists? Typically with IGT CPUs beeping at start up means there is a memory issue. Not sure if that applies in this instance.

The beeping is not the cpu, it is definitely the bottom 3D monitor.   It does it every time.  I tried unplugging one video cable at a time then turning it on.  In both cases the bottom monitor beeps 4 times when the machine is turned on.

Just in case I also replaced both of the 2gb memory modules with the same exact brand/type of modules one on top and one on the bottom of the main cpu board.  No change in the problem.  There has to be someone that has worked on these machines that has ran into the bottom 3D monitor beeping 4 times on startup or has access to the information regarding what the beeps mean.  Thank you to all the individuals trying to help.
