Got a 3902 MPU with software but..

I picked up what I though was a complete 3902 MPU with the Munster I-game.

When I removed the sound board I noticed the socketed Xlinx chip was missing, so board is no-op. (the sound board was screwed down).

I took the game roms / simms and put on my good board, and it turned out it was not the Munsters but Money Storm.

Is this a rare game? 

At least the software worked, though I paid way over what I should.

I have that Xlinx chip. Pay shipping and it's yours. Money Storm is a pretty good game but not necessarily "rare". Is anything else missing?

Sound good,  I will post a picture when I get home. The only other item I saw missing was the battery holder, and I have one of those to put on the board.  One of the connectors is damaged also so will need to straighten the pins.

Wow...they sold you an incomplete MPU board with a "Money Storm" game software, INSTEAD of "The Munsters"? 
That seller should be banned.

As far as I can tell it's just one the chip missing, but who know what else is wrong, and why that chip.

That chip comes loose or falls out in shipping often. Check your packaging materials. lol...

The board was in an esd bag, no extra parts fell out  when I remove the tray, but good call.
