I just bought two IGT slots and need help identifying what models I have.

I bought these two slots, a Sizzling 7 and Triple Cherry, from a local guy who's wife just wanted them gone.  After some negotiations, we settled on $250 for the pair.  I figured that the parts were worth more than that, so I took the offer.  The Sizzling 7 is a quarter machine, and the Triple Cherry is a TITO Multi Denom according to the graphics on it.  After clearing some stuck coins from the comparator in the Sizzling 7, it is working fairly well.  The Triple Cherry is throwing an error which I believe is related to the Bill acceptor.  I would really like to definitively identify which model of IGT machines these are so I can do some research without asking too many questions that already have answers.  Here's a picture of the machines:

The Sizzling 7 is either a S or early S+. Need a close up of the inside to be sure. The Cherry is a S2000

The machine, Sizzling 7 on the left is an S+, but with a Sevens System bill validator up next to the reel shelf.
IGT didn't invent the belly door yet.
I did a Topic here on NLG for those years ago, but I don't remember if it was on the old NLG website or this one?  :scratch-head_2:

I had never been able to get a sevens system to work or to accept even an old one-dollar bill.
It was the 2nd bill acceptor IGT had for the S+...the first ones were mounted on the outside of the cabinet above the pull handle.
The ugliest things you ever saw.  :rotfl:

Thank you both for the info!  The Sizzling 7's bill acceptor doesn't work at all.  I tried putting a bill in and nothing.  Any idea where I might be able to find replacement bulbs?  Preferably LED replacements.  The sockets where the bulb for the reels are seems very brittle and may need to be replaced as well.  The only button light that works is the "Spin Reels" button as well.  Thanks again.

Now that you know the machine types, please start over with the S/S+ questions in a NEW topic under IGT S/S+ and the same for the S2000. When you determine exactly what parts you need, post a WTB in the specific forum, and I will move it to the NLG Classifieds. If, in time you wish to become a contributing member, you will get access to buy and sell there, along with access to NLG File System, full of downloadable manuals, diagrams and schematics.  :yes:
