Bally V2000 Draw Poker Help Coins not registering

Problem: Coins do not register.  They seem to go toward the chute going to bucket under the table.

During troubleshooting, Thinking this would register a coin, I manually moved the small wire arm as circled in yellow.  This caused a coin-in jam to show on the monitor that I can't seem to clear.  I swapped out the MPU stack & did it again with same results.  I tried the reset on the MPU stack and also the reset on the hopper; both buttons initiate a reset sequence, but the error does not clear.

I then moved the MPU stack to a different chassis & the "coin-in jam"  displayed on screen soon as it powers up.  Two MPU stacks do this.
I need help understanding what is supposed to happen & how to clear things. 

I'm guessing the coins supposed to drop down & thru the chute activating the wire switch shown in Yellow (4th pic).  Then the metal plate circled in blue should be pulled in so coin is routed to hopper, although it's not.  Relay is humming, but not moving arm.

If the switch is held down to long, milliseconds, it will throw that code. If the switch does not return fully to the home position it will error. Cat wisker out of adjustment. If the contacts internally have failed it will error. When you move the cat whisker down and up, do you here it click? With power off Check the continuity between COM to NO and COM to NC while activating switch.

Looks like I need a new switch.
Hear the clicking most of the time.  DVM shows switch contacts sticking internally. 
Guessing the one near the bottom is the same part?

I think I found a source for the switches, will see when they arrive!
