The guy doing the actual negotiations didn’t really know anything. The guy that did know something wanted nothing to do with talking about money that kinda fits with my thought that the guy we were negotiating with was a third party brought in just to sell everything

I suggest we move this "negative energy" thread to either the buyer-beware area or to the site-admin space.

Moved to rants and raves - marked as a great big RANT!
I needed to take a break after this ordeal.  :24:
This wasn't a pleasant thing to literally wake up to this morning. I hadn't even had a sip of coffee before that guy had called me all sorts of names after I asked him simply if he could tell us who his father in law was.

Im from phoenix and 85001 is a PO Box only zip code for Phoenix. Its not a widely used zip code for Phoenix..lol
