IGames Button Deck Issue

Have an IGame machine with a non working button deck. Works perfectly using touch screen. No lights or functions on the button deck. My brother was the previous owner and he removed the MPU when power was on. Replaced the MPU, all 3 I/O boards, but cannot get button deck working. Advice would be greatly appreciated

Did you get the same I/O card part numbers as what was in it? Try switching the two long connector I/O cards.  (Power off!)
Did you replace everything at the same time? Fried I/O cards can damage an MPU.
The backplane can also cause this. There are some RF chokes on the three SENET connectors that end up being fuses when plugging or unplugging the MPU while powered. lol...

I originally swapped the door I/O board no change. Replaced the other 2 no change. Swapped from working machine. Board numbers all matched. Went no further. No visible burnt wires
