APPLE I-MAC and PAYPAL issues with printing

There seems to be an issue with PAYPAL payment notifications sent to IMAC computers - the problem is trying to print them - there are 2 problems.
Problem 1 - preview of the email shows the entire content - but the heading appears as PAGE 1 and the body as PAGE 2.  If you PRINT you get 2 pages - unless you indicate print PAGE 2 only!!! 
Problem 2 - rare but happens - preview only shows that you only have 1 PAGE yet the detail previews - you have to do a screen print if you want a hardcopy of the transaction.
The APPLE USER site has this problem listed - and I have talked to PAYPAL (as if they listen) - so there seems to be no solution.  Lastly, this glitch has been going on for over a year.

Hmm...   I'm sure you could copy and paste the whole email to another application, like Word (or something similar), but that'd be a pain as well. I don't out payment notifications, so I can't help. I had issues with USPS for close to a year when printing shipping labels from my iPad. The whole site would act stupid and not allow me to scroll to select certain services, package sizes, etc., but when/if I was able to build the shipment, the label would not print a barcode! Grrr....I submitted inquiries to the site, they told me to see my local USPS office. Ok, so I did, and they said "Well did you let USPS.com know?"...I said Screw It and just kept printing labels with no barcodes...wasn't affecting delivery that I could tell.
