BB2 to BB3 Game Chest Errors

I've done a BB2 to BB3 conversion and loaded Illinois Game Chest on it.  I am getting the errors shown in the picture. I know where to set the validation but it won't allow me to change it.  Secondly I am getting a "Machine Disabled by Operating Hours" error.  It has a setting for Operating hours but again there is nothing there to set.  Need some help on this.  Thanks

Possibly this has something to do with the version of Jurisdiction chip you have installed.
