Alpha will occasionally go into Reel Tilt

Been working on an Alpha for a bit and running into an issue where it will function just fine and then in every 45 min - 1 hour the cabinet goes into Reel tilt as if someone unplugged the USB RCU Cable and about after a minute goes back to normal. From what I remember this is what I got from the last few "events" as an Alpha calls it.

"Mechanical Reels Disconnected/Not Configured"
"7-Segment LEDs Disconnected"
"Bezel Disconnected"
"Lamp Projector Disconnected"

I have already replaced the USB Cable and seemingly does nothing, any possible solutions?

Long shot but I have an alpha that use to do that when I got it. Took forever to figure it out. Cash box switch was bypassed but barely making a connection. I guess every one in a while it would momentarily lose connection which screwed up the machine. Re-spliced the wires and made a good connection. It’s been running like a champ ever since.
