Please help me with my dip switch settings see pictures

Ok so I have an Australian sheer magic IGT slot machine converted to 1 dollar coins originally 20cent coins and it’s max payout is set to 300,
how do I set this dip switch so it pays out maximum?
As I would like it to see it payout lots more coins.
I don’t know much about slot machines and have read a lot about dip switch settings but am still a bit confused as to how I set my dip switch to max payout.
I can’t even tell which ones are on and off they all look to be in the middle to me.
Also when I adjust these settings should I unplug the whole board or can I leave it connected?, As I don’t want to break the machine and am worried about if there are any risks in trying to change it to max payout.
All your info would be greatly appreciated.
