Bought my first Aristocrat Veridian WS

It was supposed to come with software already installed.  I could not check it before bringing it home and the person I bought it through has been in business awhile.  I sent them a message a short while ago and will probably hear from them tomorrow.  I was hoping to get some information tonight if possible. 

I just took the plastic off it tonight and found that I can not figure out how to open it.  There is a single hole on the right and a place to put the reset key in.  I tried putting my little finger in to see if there is a lever but I could not move it and I cannot see easily into the hole without moving the machine around.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated including anything to check/look at/be careful of etc.  Thanks in advance.
