hi,and thanks to anyone that might help,,i have an older gameking im trying to bring back to life,soldered new battery on 3902 board,reset up game,and all work except bill validator,getting a couple funky messages,1 says bill validator version info    not responding,,,,,,, and below that it says  bill validator program signature    not ready     now i dont have any errors so im thinking i have bad validator?or maybe i missed something in set up,any help would be great,,im not a business,these are my hobby,thanks

Was this game working before or is this a new setup?

hi,thanks,,yes it  worked about a year ago,,it also had a feature on it that when you would push the change button it would credit 100.00 to machine,that did  not work either,thinking i should totally remove validator and properly clean,will add pics soon

I wouldn't do that...he stated that it was a "Game King"....those are made by IGT.

got it,,,i had used incorrect clear chip 40 , instead of 22,,,tried 22  reset  all , and noticed in set up the validator was responding now,,light was on validator and it accepted bills,thanks again...
