Bill validator stacker code

Can some one help me please I have a( Bill validator stacker error and it also says closure M) I took the bill acceptor out and checked it to make sure nothing was stuck in it and also took out the bill can I also checked all the belts I don't find any thing wrong. What do I need to do. Also the light does not come no for the bill acceptor now. I also have a Coin in Jam error. I have an IGT S2000 slot machine.

Make sure the cash box is correctly installed. Remove it and reinstall it the BV should then cycle.
Also make sure the Cash box door is closed (this door switch should already be disabled but if not make sure it is fully closed)
Then close the main door and set the latch. You may have to lift the latch a few times to clear the error M.

The closure m error just means the door has been opened and is now closed. It will clear when you play the first paid credit. I assume it has a hopper. Check for a stuck coin if so. As Rich said make sure the acceptor is cycling like always and make sure the stacker is seated all the way in and the cash door fully shut. If the errors clear other than closure m / restart it should be ready to play. My acceptor light doesn't come on immediately after booting the machine up. Good luck.

Also mine doesn't take coins, could there be a coin stuck in the comparator other than the sample coin? Just a thought...

Sounds like the little lifts at the back of the cash can housing need adjusting to lift the can up a tad. With the cash can removed, look in the housing where the can slides in. You will see 2 little skis/lifts. You can take your fingers or a screwdriver and GENTLY, VERY GENTLY, lift up on them so they stand just a tad taller. This will lift the can up a bit when it's installed, and align it better with the bill validator head.
