Need Replacement Button Lights/Bulbs

I got my machines moved to a new home recently and haven't done any refurbishing to any of them for quite some time, so I'm just getting around to some notes from where I left off. I don't have a picture of the inside of the door, so don't know exactly what I need since I'm away from the machines at the moment. The 2 left buttons light up no problem, but the right 3 never do at any time. I'm not sure what I need to get these to light up again, but I want to get these buttons lit up again. Also, if I recall correctly, the Max Bet button is kinda loose to where it does have much of its spring effect, but I haven't looked at it up close, but again, any help or recommendations on the parts I need for these issues would really be great. Maybe the spring is just off or something, I don't recall. But please... message me if you have at least 3 bulbs/parts for these buttons, maybe 4 or 5 to just replace them all maybe if necessary.
