Aristocrat MK6 Logic Door issue

Hello,

Have just replaced the batteries and my machine has reset.
When putting in all the settings i need to save the settings. The logic cage is staying closed even when the door is open.
Any thoughts on how to get the machine to think its open to save the settings?

There is a switch on the logic cage that is activated by the logic cage door.  That switch may be stuck in the closed position.

I've cut the wires and ground the switch out and still stays closed

You can try reseating the comm board ( directly under the logic board) and the logic board.  They are a very tight fit, and may not be pushed in all the way.

Still getting this issue. On the diagnostic section its saying the door is open. Go to the change the settings and says open the security door. Un sure what to do.

I just re-read the post.  The switch may have been stuck in the closed position.  Cutting the wires and putting them together will also show the logic cage door closed.  The wires need to be separated to show the cage door open.
