Why does my gen 2 printer blink in my s2000?

Why does my gen 2 printer blink in my s2000? It doesn't do it on any of my other s2000? The printer is working.

If you are referring to the green indicator LED on the printer keypad, a blinking green light means the printer is ready.

Thanks for the video attachment. That is the printer Bezel blinking. This slow blinking means the paper is low or printer error.

For more information and all the error codes for your printer, it's easy to find the manual if you google search FutureLogic GEN2 PSA-66-ST2 Manual. I would have attached it but its too large.

I held the feed down while power up. It printed firmware ticket and quit blinking.
After I print a ticket it blinks again.

Sounds like the sensor detects a low paper condition. It's supposed to detect when there are 14 tickets or less remaining. It only senses when idle. It reset when printing the firmware ticket, then senses ticket level again when idle. That's why it temporarily quit blinking.

How large is your ticket stack? If you aren't low on tickets, there might be something wrong with the sensor.
