MK6 can't clear static ram

My machine has been down for a few months.  My base chips 01.04.10. I have set chips 06.02 and 06.03.   I keep getting the same message. It appears to clear with set chips, but I guess I'm not setting something correctly.  What should I be putting for Jurisdiction? Does it matter that it has a top screen with bonus win? Someone said I should use variation 1, but I don't have that option.  The choices are 2-99. It doesn't have a variation 1.

Help!!

Is the line setting correct e.g. Cashman 30? Most games on the USA platform usually allow up to variation 4 (99, 1, 2, 3, 4 from lowest to highest RTP). Sometimes the Current Lockup menu will give a hint at what's wrong. I don't think the jackpot would be an issue, it should give you an option to set the initial jackpot amounts once the game has been set up (at least it's how the Australian versions work - yes, I'm on the other side of the world).
