My other hobby is signs

My other hobby is signs, typically woodcarving.

But I got a good deal on some slot belly glass so I decided to do something different.

Made 5 led-lit signs mounted on acrylic. Laid out the LEDs to best feature the glass art, added a controller and a usb cord and there we go.

You should consider selling kits to replace the florescent tubes in the top box and belly.

Thanks!  The photos don't do them justice, they all light up differently.

As for kits, I don't have any older machines to even begin looking at the problem, maybe someday.

Thanks! That hobby is one that actually pays for itself sometimes. 

No attachment, just a 5/16ths hole drilled in the middle of the rear panel so that it can hang. I did much the same thing for cord holes, but I learned along the way that it didn't make much difference where the cord came out, and sometimes was more a PITA if it came out the back of the rear panel instead of just hang between the panels.

Ah! I see. You're machine set up looks great. Maybe add a cord concealer on the wall? I have them for my TV and a few wall lights.

I installed wall outlets behind my neons where I could.
On the one outside wall where running power was not going to happen easily I hung a short curtain rod below the sign and hung 3x soccer scarfs(kind of like a towel rack).
It hides the cord nicely.

Two are from Irish Soccer teams. The third is a Brazilian team.
My wife is Brazilian which makes Soccer a religion and funny enough of the three it’s the only one I have seen play live. Flamingo vs Vaccaro. The scarf is Vaccaro. What doesn’t make sense is that they have scarfs in Brazil when the average temp is over 80f in the shade most days.

Yea, I haven't decided exactly where I want stuff yet. I'm planning a big wooden sign for my 'Casino & Speakeasy" so the signs haven't found their forever homes yet.
I do like clean installs though, for my movie posters (all originals) I have lighted frames that I ran the wires through the wall down to the floor.  I did the same with my TV.
