Help and manual for P&M Coin PM1221-19ST.30-4GY poker machine

I have acquired a P&M Coin PM1221-19ST.30-4GY poker machine that was working fine.  It was converting dollars to credits and after playing most of the different games on the screen, I wanted to "cash out"  It went to print the ticket but there was no paper.  I am very new to all this.  I dont even know where the printed copy should come out.
 I was stuck so I used the key to open the hood and found a reset button, but that did not help.  I need to print the ticket with the credits so it will hopefully reset and we can play again.  I know nothing about these machines which is why I am asking about acquiring a manual so I can learn how they operate in general and specifically find a fix to printing the ticket and/or resetting the tool so we can play again.  One other thing, when I started the grren light was on the mechanism to exchange paper money for credts.  Its not on now, so we cant insert paper money to get credits so we can play.
