IGT S2000 slot machine coin issues

  Hello, new to this forum and thanks for making such a cool site. I love slot machines and was always captivated as a child. I always told my mom I would win big one day and boy did I. I was playing at the Fort Hall Casino in Idaho with my mom next to me and won the progressive jackpot playing my favorite machine Titanic, $702,000.00 Yes, I won that. If you guys like I can show you a photo. I even bought a Titanic Bally machine, but now running Michael Jackson just to switch it up So on with the question. I recently acquired this machine and pretty proud of myself because the sounds were not working and just making sure the wires were plugged in tight is what fixed that issue. The machine works great other than the coin mechanism does not seem to be working, when I drop a quarter in the machine, it just sits in there. The green light is on and all connections seem good. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance !

There's no sample coin in the comparitor making it impossible for one to pass through. Put one in and try again.

Thanks for the reply, I did that and now the coins just drop into the tray.

Be sure it is properly seated as shown. The sensitivity can be adjusted by the recessed screw in the lower right corner.
