cc-16 wiring help

hello im building a homemade machine and i would like to use the cc-16 im not familiar with the wiring can anyone help. is what im trying to do possible. i just need it to accept the coin and send a signal to the board that a quarter was inserted . the harness i currently have gives me 6 wires plugged into unit and 3 wires at the other end purple black and yellow . thank u for any help first time doing this

A CC-16 is only a coin comparitor.
The coin-in optics board underneath it is what sends the data pulse back as a credit to the MPU after a coin passes thru the infrared optical beams.

On the CC harness, the black wire is for the ground (-).
The yellow wire carries 24VAC.
The violet wire is for the sense out.

thank you for the quick response ill have to go a different route and use a different unit. im trying to use a empty slot machine i have the machine will be running off of a jamma board .
