Error boot device other than first compact flash or disk. System halted

Switched V22/22 back to Curve and am getting this error.  I have swapped cables, reinstalled os and game, unplugged everthing but monitors.  Don't know what is trying to boot up before OS.

Did you have the OS & Game CF cards in the correct drives ?  OS in #1.

Turned out to be a hard drive issue.  Replaced and reloaded everything and is up and running fine now.
